The Organization is committed to providing equitable access to quality education for all, with a particular focus on underprivileged communities.
By engaging with the Organization, whether as a donor, volunteer, beneficiary, or partner, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Mission Statement
The Organization’s mission is to promote and support education for all, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to receive a quality education regardless of their socioeconomic background.
3. Donations
All donations made to the Organization are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donors must provide accurate information when making a donation.
The Organization reserves the right to allocate donations at its discretion to further its mission and objectives.
Receipts for donations will be issued upon request.
4. Volunteer Engagement
Volunteers must adhere to the Organization’s code of conduct and work in alignment with its mission and values.
The Organization reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s involvement if their behavior is found to be inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or detrimental to the Organization’s objectives.
Volunteers must respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information they may access during their involvement with the Organization.
The Organization is not liable for any personal injuries or losses incurred during volunteer activities.
5. Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries of the Organization’s programs must provide accurate and truthful information when applying for or receiving services.
The Organization reserves the right to verify the eligibility of beneficiaries and to terminate or modify services if false information is provided or if eligibility criteria are no longer met.
The Organization expects beneficiaries to participate actively and positively in the educational programs offered.
6. Partnerships
The Organization may enter into partnerships with other entities, including but not limited to schools, businesses, and other NGOs, to further its mission.
All partnerships will be governed by separate agreements that align with these Terms and Conditions and the Organization’s mission.
The Organization reserves the right to terminate any partnership that does not align with its values or mission.

The Organization is committed to protecting the privacy of its stakeholders and will handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The Organization may collect and use personal data for purposes related to its mission, including communication, reporting, and program evaluation.
Stakeholders have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data held by the Organization.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to logos, educational resources, and reports produced by the Organization, are the intellectual property of the Organization unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use of the Organization’s intellectual property is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organization is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its programs, services, or the actions of its volunteers, donors, or partners.
The Organization’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of any donation or the value of the services provided.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Organization’s activities shall be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by the parties involved.
11. Amendments
The Organization reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any amendments will be communicated to stakeholders through the Organization’s official channels, and continued engagement with the Organization will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
